مستوى الحاجة للإرشاد في إدارة الصف في ضوء بعض المتغيرات "دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأساتذة الجدد بمنطقة تقرت الكبرى" The Level Of Counseling Needs In Classroom Managemen T For New Teachers In The Light Of Some Variables

Résumé: ملخص: إن هدف هذه الدراسة هو معرفة مستوى الحاجات الإرشادية في إدارة الصف للأساتذة الجدد بالمرحلة (المتوسطة والثانوية)، وتحديد أثر متغيرات (الجنس والتخصص والمرحلة التدريسية) في هذه الحاجات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان استناداً إلى الأدب التربوي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(200) أستاذ وأستاذة، وبين التحليل الإحصائي أن مستوى الحاجات الإرشادية في الإدارة الصفية للأساتذة الجدٌد مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجًود اختلاف دال في مستوى الحاجات الإرشادية في إدارة الصف لدى الأساتذة الجدٌد باختلاف (الجنس والتخصص والمرحلة التدريسية)، وتمت مناقشة النتائج في ضوء الأدب التربوي والدراسات السابقة. Abstract: This study investigated the level of counseling needs in classroom management for new professors stage (middle and high), and determine the impact of variables (genre, stage, and specialization) in the counseling needs in classroom management. To realize the objectives of the study were based on a questionnaire designed educational literature in this area, study sample consisted of (200) teachers,. We analyzed the results. That showed that the degree need for the guidance is very high for the new teachers regards to the gender, specialty and the level of teaching. The study was discussed in regards to the rules of discipline and previous studies related to the same studies.
