Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق رضا زبائن شركة موبيليس مدينة البليدة خلال جائحة كوفيد-19، من خلال توزيع استبيانات على عينة من العملاء. تم التوصل إلى وجود دور وأثر ايجابي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق رضا الزبائن، و تسجيل مستوى مرتفع للمسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الشركة و مستوى متوسط من رضا الزبائن. This study aims to find out the extent of the social responsibility contribution to achieving the satisfaction of Mobilis customers in the city of Blida during the Covid-19 pandemic, by distributing questionnaires to a sample of customers. It was found that there is a positive role and impact of social responsibility in achieving customer satisfaction, and a high level of social responsibility for the company and a medium level of customer satisfaction have been recorded.
