أثر أبعاد التسويق عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تحقيق ولاء الزبون - دراسة حالة عينة من زبائن الوكالة السياحية Weekend Sortie

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير أبعاد التسويق عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي في تحقيق ولاء الزبون، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وقد تم تصميم وتوزيع 42 استبيان على عينة من زبائن الوكالة السياحية Weekend sortieالناشطة في الجزائر، وتم تحليل الاستبيان باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية 25 Spss قصد التعرف على وجود تأثير بين المتغير المستقل "أبعاد التسويق عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي" والمتغير التابع "ولاء الزبون". وفي الأخير تم التوصل إلى النتيجة الرئيسية مفادها وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد التسويق عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي (الإعلان، التفاعل، الكلمة المنقولة) في تحقيق ولاء زبائن الوكالة السياحية Weekend sortie. :Abstract This study aims to examine the impact of social media marketing dimensions on customer loyalty, A descriptive analytical approach was adopted to achieve the study objectives, A sample of Weekend sortie travel agency customers in Algeria was selected, and 42 questionnaires were designed and distributed, The questionnaire was analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) to identify the relationship between the independent variable "social media marketing dimensions" and the dependent variable "customer loyalty." The main result showed a statistically significant effect between social media marketing dimensions (advertising, interaction, and word-of-mouth) and customer loyalty for Weekend sortie travel agency.
