التسيير الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية كمدخل حديث لتحقيق فاعلية إدارة الأزمات - دراسة ميدانية في عينة من البنوك العمومية بولاية سكيكدة

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور التسيير الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية في فاعلية إدارة الأزمات في البنوك العمومية بولاية سكيكدة، حيث تم توزيع الإستبيان على عينة عشوائية بلغ حجمها 181 موظف، ومن خلال نتائج تحليل الاستبيان بإستخدام برنامج spss تم التوصل إلى أن مستوى تطبيق التسيير الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية مرتفع،كما أن مستوى فاعلية إدارة الأزمات في البنوك محل الدراسة أيضا مرتفع، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد التسيير الإستراتيجي للموارد البشرية في فاعلية إدارة الأزمات في البنوك العمومية بولاية سكيكدة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05. Abstract: This study aimed to determine the role of strategic human resource management in effectiveness of crisis management in public banks in the state of skikda. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 181 employees and after analysis using the results of the spss program have shown that the level of Implementing of Strategic Human Resources Management was high as well as the level of effectiveness of crisis management in the banks. In addition, there is a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of strategic human resource management on the effectiveness of crisis management in the public banks in the state of Skikda at a level of significance of 0.05.
