كيفية تعامل مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني مع قلق الامتحان لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على كيفية تعامل مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني مع قلق الامتحان لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي، ومستوى المهارات التي يستخدمها لمساعدة التلاميذ على تجاوزه، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي من خلال إعداد استبيان يقيس هذه المهارات مطبق على مجموعة من المستشارين . بينت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى المهارات التي يملكها المستشار للتعامل مع قلق الامتحان ضعيفة، وأنه لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي وسنوات الخبرة. انتهت الدراسة لمجموعة من اقتراحات كإجراء الدراسة الحالية على عينة كبيرة من مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، وضرورة إيصال نتائج الدراسة إلى الهيئات الوصية للاستفادة، وتحديد الفئات التي يمكنها مزاولة هذه المهنة، كما توصي الدراسة بإعادة النظر في التخصصات المقبولة لتوظيف مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني. The present study aimed to identify how school and vocational guidance counselor dealt with exam anxiety among third-year secondary school pupils and the level of skills they use to help pupils overcome it. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed by preparing a questionnaire that measures these skills, applied to a group of consultants. The results showed that the level of skills that the counselor possesses to deal with exam anxiety is weak and that there are no significant differences attributable to the academic specialization and years of experience. The study concluded with a set of suggestions, including conducting the current study on a large sample of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors, and the necessity of communicating the results of the study to the responsible bodies for benefit, and identifying qualified groups that can practice this profession.
