ازمة الترجمة وفوضى المصطلحات في علوم الاعلام والاتصال

Résumé: تُلاقي هذه الورقة البحثية بين ثلاثة تخصصات علمية على الأقل هي علوم الإعلام والإتصال، علم الترجمة وعلم المصطلح، وهي تروم الكشف عن الخلل المعجمي الحاصل والفوضى اللسانية المتفشية في الأدبيات العربية المتخصصة في علوم الإعلام والإتصال من الناحية المصطلحية والمفاهيمية، وعلاقتها بأزمة الترجمة من اللغات الأجنبية باعتبارها اللغة المصدر - وفي مقدمتها اللغة الإنجليزية - إلى اللغة العربية بوصفها اللغة الهدف، وإذا كانت لغات التخصص هي إحدى اللغات الأكاديمية الهامة بمفرداتها ومصطلحاتها الخاصة المتداولة بين أهل الإختصاص، فلا شك أن حركة الترجمة هي أحد السبل الفعّالة التي تساهم في إثراء الرصيد المفاهيمي والقاموس المصطلحي لهذه اللغة وتطويرها وتحيينها، غير أن الفعل الترجمي المتخصص في علوم الإعلام والإتصال من اللغات الأجنبية إلى اللغة العربية - على قلّته - يعاب عليه أحيانا ضعف الدقة والصوابية في ترجمة بعض المصطلحات العلمية المتخصصة، مما ينعكس سلبا على جودة اللغة العلمية لهذا التخصص. الكلمات المفتاحية: أزمة الترجمة - فوضى المصطلحات- علوم الإعلام والإتصال- لغة التخصص- الترجمة المتخصصة- المصطلح المترجم. Abstract: This research paper combines at least three scientific disciplines: Information and communication sciences, Translational sciences and terminology, it aims to reveal the defect and chaos in Arab literatures specialized in information and communication sciences, in terms of terminology and concepts, and its relationship with the translation crisis from the foreign languages as a source language, especially the English language, to Arabic as a target language; if the languages of speciality are one of the important academic languages, with their vocabulary and special terms used among specialists, so there is no doubt that the translation movement is one of the effective ways that contribute to enreching, developing and updating the terminological and conceptual dictionary of this language, but the specialized translation in information and communication sciences from foreign languages to Arabic, with its weakness, is sometimes marred by a lack of accuracy and correctness in translating some specialized scientific terms, which is negatively reflected on the quality of the scientific language of this speciality.
