The Role Of Reinsurance In Covering The Obligations Of Insurance Companies A Case Study Of The Algerian Insurance Company Caat (2019-2015) دور إعادة التأمين في تغطية التزامات شركات التأمين دراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات Caat للفترة (2015-2019)

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة دور إعادة التأمين في تغطية التزامات شركات التأمين تجاه الـمُؤَمَن لهم، والتي تتمثل أساسا في حجم التعويضات الفعلية الواجب دفعها للمُؤَمَن لهم بعد تحقق الخطر الـمُؤَمَن ضده. وقد تم الاعتماد في ذلك على بعض أدوات التحليل المالي كنسبة الأقساط المتنازل عنها، نسبة مساهمة إعادة التأمين في التعويض وكذا نسبة استرجاع إعادة التأمين لتحليل نشاط الإعادة على مستوى الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات CAAT للفترة (2015-2019). وقد خَلُصت الدراسة إلى أن الشركة تُسنِد في المتوسط حوالي 50% من مجموع الأقساط المحصلة إلى معيدي التأمين وبمتوسط نسبة استرجاع قدرها 48% من حجم التعويضات المدفوعة للمؤمن لهم، مما يوضح دور معيدي التأمين في المشاركة في الأعباء الناتجة عن تحقق الأخطار الـمُؤَمَن ضدها. This study aimed to clarify the role of reinsurance in covering the obligations of insurance companies towards the insured, these obligations mainly represented by the amount of compensation would paid to the insured after the risks realized. The study based on some financial analysis tools such as the percentage of waived premiums, the percentage of reinsurance contribution in compensation, as well as the percentage of reinsurance recovery to analyze the reinsurance activity in the Algerian Insurance Company CAAT for the period (2015-2019). The study concluded that the company assigns, on average, about 50% of the total collected premiums to reinsurers, with an average recovery rate of 48% of the compensation paid to the insured, which clarifies the role of reinsurers in covering parts of the compensation paid to the insured
