Résumé: The method of payment is that socially acceptable means, in order to facilitate transactions related to the handling of goods and services as well as the payment of debts, and technological development has allowed the deposit of electronic payment methods that were generated by the development of the Internet and the emergence of e-commerce, which allowed these means to reduce time and cost and achieve benefits that were not able Traditional means of payment can achieve them, but this does not mean that they are without flaws, as they have several defects. As for the application side, we tried to know the reality of electronic payment systems in Algeria at the Agency for ADRAR (AGB), by relying on the questionnaire data that expresses the opinions of a sample of 51 clients in the agency of the Gulf Bank of Algeria - ADRAR - and that data was processed using SPSS software, By using statistical analysis tools, it was concluded that modern electronic payment systems further enhance customer satisfaction.,
