فعالية الذات وعلاقتها بمستوى الطموح لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي. ــــ دراسة ميدانية بولاية تيزي وزوــــ

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين فعالية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي، وكذلك محاولة الكشف عن الفروق في فعالية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى هؤلاء التلاميذ تبعا لمتغير الجنس. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (180) تلميذا وتلميذة في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وطبق على هؤلاء التلاميذ مقياس فعالية الذات ومقياس مستوى الطموح، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه الملائم مع طبيعة الدراسة. وباستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون واختبار(ت) لدلالة الفروق بين المتوسطات أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: ــــ توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين فعالية الذات ومستوى الطموح لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي. ـــ لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في فعالية الذات لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي حسب الجنس. ـــ لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الطموح لدى تلاميذ التعليم الثانوي حسب الجنس. The current study aims to find out the relationship between self-efficacy and the level of ambition of secondary school students, as well as trying to detect the differences in self-efficacy, and the level of ambition among these students according to the gender variable. The study sample consisted of (180) boys and girls of secondary school students, and they were selected by simple random method. A measure of self-efficacy and a measure of the level of ambition were applied to these students. The descriptive approach was relied upon as being appropriate with the nature of the study. Using the Pearson correlation coefficient, and T test, the results of the study revealed the following: -There is a statistically significant relationship between self-efficacy and the level of ambition among of secondary school students. -There are no statistically significant differences in the self-efficacy of secondary school students by gender. -There are no statistically significant differences in the level of ambition among of secondary school students by gender.
