Develop Government Audit To Fight Corruption In Light Of The Knowledge Economy تطوير التدقيق الحكومي لمكافحة الفساد في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة

Résumé: As a result of the financial and accounting scandals that afflicted many countries, which revealed the extent of mixed corruption between the government and private sectors and the involvement of political leaders, lack of transparency, and about directing more attention to studying the causes of corruption and how to combat it. This study aimed to develop the role of the government audit profession in combating corruption. To achieve this goal, we presented, analyzed, and evaluated the scientific and practical rooting for the term corruption and its relationship to the accounting profession; And extrapolating international efforts to combat corruption and the position of the government audit profession, and devising an approach to develop government audit to combat corruption. رغم التطورات التي دعمت مهنة التدقيق على مستوي العالم إلا أن مهنة التدقيق لم تواجه في العصر الحديث بمثل ما واجهته من حالة عدم اتزان وتدهور نتيجة الفضائح المالية والمحاسبية التي أصابت العديد من الدول، والتي كشفت النقاب عن حجم الفساد المختلط بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص وتورط قادة سياسيين، وعدم الشفافية، وعن التوجيه للمزيد من الاهتمام بدراسة أسباب الفساد وكيفية مكافحته. استهدفت هذه الدراسة تطوير دور مهنة التدقيق الحكومي في مكافحة الفساد ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بعرض وتحليل وتقييم للتأصيل العلمي والعملي لمصطلح الفساد وعلاقته بمهنة المحاسبة؛ واستقراء الجهود الدولية لمكافحة الفساد وموقف مهنة التدقيق الحكومي منها واستنباط مدخل لتطوير التدقيق الحكومي لمكافحة الفساد.
