حوكمة الاصلاحات السياسية : دراسة حالة تونس بعد 2011

Résumé: تتطلب هيكلة الدولة عقب مراحل الانتقال الديمقراطي تنظيم العلاقة بين مكوناتها واجهزتها ضمن مقاربة مؤسساتية تفترض اعادة الاعتبار لمفاهيم الحوكمة عبر عدد من الاجراءات والتشريعات، التي تضمن تكريس أبعاد الحكامة الرشيدة على الاستراتيجيات والسياسات التي تستوجب الحفاظ على النظام العام وحماية الديمقراطية وحقوق الانسان كمطلب اساسي، وتتناول هذه الدراسة التكريس القانوني والدسترة التشريعية لمقتضيات الحوكمة ضن برامج الاصلاح السياسي وتسلط الضوء على التجربة التونسية في هذا المجال وكل ما اعقب الفترة الانتقالية من تضمين لأسس الحوكمة. The structure of the state following the democratic transition requires the organization of the relationship between its components and its structures within an institutional approach The re-evaluation of the concepts of governance through a number of procedures and legislations, which ensure that the dimensions of good governance are devoted to strategies and policies that require the maintenance of public order and the protection of democracy and human rights as a basic requirement, . This study deals with the legal and legislative entrenchment of governance requirements in the political reform programs and highlights the Tunisian experience in this area and all that followed the transitional period of including the foundations of governance.
