Résumé: تمتاز العلاقات التركية الإيرانية بالتعقيد والتشابك، وذلك بسبب تبنيها استراتيجية التنافس في ظل التعاون، إذ يعتبر كل منهما في أدبيات علم السياسة " بالدولة المفتاحية والمحورية Key and pivotal state"، فهما تتمتعان بنفس الأهمية الجيوبوليتكية، تركيا بوابة إيران إلى الغرب وإيران بوابة تركيا إلى الشرق، وتمتد انعكاسات العلاقة بينهما إلى منطقة الشرق الأوسط ،إن الطرق الدبلوماسية هي الاستراتيجية التي اتبعتها تركيا تجاه البرنامج النووي الإيراني ، فتركيا تقر بأحقية إيران في امتلاك التكنولوجيا النووية لأغراض سلمية ،و تعتبر أن امتلاك ايران لهذه التكنولوجيا من حق كل الدول، في إشارة إلى الرغبة المستقبلية لحصول تركيا على هذه التكنولوجيا النووية للأغراض السلمية، تكون تحت اشراف الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، و هو ما عبر عنه "رجب طيب اردوغان" بقوله: "ان ما يذكره الغرب عن السلاح النووي الايراني ما هو إلا مجرد شائعات "، و بالتالي فتركيا تقدم نفسها على أنها دولة مصدرة للاستقرار والأمن ، عوض أن تكون مصدرا للمشاكل و الأزمات ، و هذا نابع من سياسة خارجية مبنية على البراغماتية و الحفاظ على المصالح التركية في المنطقة، كما تسعى جاهدة إلى المحافظة على توازن القوى بينها وبين ايران عن طريق تعزيز العديد من سبل التعاون الاقتصادية، و تغليب منطق المصلحة المشتركة على نقاط الخلاف الموجودة بينهما.

And therefore Turkey presents itself as the country exporting stability and security

And this stems from a foreign policy based on pragmatism and maintaining the Turkish interests in the region

It also seeks to preserve the balance of power with iran

Through the promotion of many ways of economic cooperation

And to give precedence to the logic of the common interest of the points of disagreement between them.
