Résumé: One of the most important characteristics of the criminal rule is that it is a social rule, closely related to the social sciences in its various branches, including sociology and psychology, where criminal law is strongly influenced by these two sciences, where The criminal basis needs social and psychological studies that allow it to adopt legal foundations adapted to society and contribute to the reformation of the offender; This is what this study seeks to clarify, based on the monitoring of the most important areas of influence of the criminal rule in sociology and psychology, which reflects the relationship between criminal law and these two sciences. من أهم خصائص القاعدة الجنائية أنها قاعد اجتماعية، لها ارتباطا وثيقا بالعلوم الاجتماعية بمختلف فروعها بما فيها علمي الاجتماع والنفس، حيث يتأثر القانون الجنائي بهذين العلمين إلى حد كبير إذ تحتاج القاعدة الجنائية إلى الدراسات الاجتماعية والنفسية التي تمكنها من اعتماد الأسس القانونية التي تلائم المجتمع وتساهم في إصلاح الجـــــــــاني؛ وهذا ما تسعى إلى توضيحه هذه الدراسة انطلاقا من رصد أهم مجالات تأثر القاعدة الجنائية بعلمي الاجتماع والنفس وهو ما يعكس العلاقة بين القانون الجنائي وهذين العلمين
