الحماية القضائية لأجر العامل - دراسة تحليلية على ضوء التشريع الجزائري - Judicial Protection Of The Worker's Wage - An Analytical Study In Light Of The Algerian Legislation

Résumé: ملخص : يعتبر الأجر من أهم بنود عقد العمل ، و كل خلاف قائم بين العامل الأجير والمستخدم بشأن الأجور يتم حله حسب تشريع العمل داخل المؤسسة المستخدمة عن طريق التسوية الودية أو مايعرف بالمصالحة، وفي حالة فشل المصالحة يمكن اللجوء إلى إجراءات التقاضي أمام القسم الاجتماعي، فحاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على صلاحيات القاضي الإجتماعي في حماية أجر العامل وفق التشريع الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأجر- القاضي الإجتماعي- الأحكام القضائية- العقوبات. Abstract The wage is considered one of the most important things in the workplace, and every dispute between the employee and the employee about wages is resolved according to the labor legislation within the institution used by amicable settlement, or what is known as reconciliation.
