أثر التوتر الوظيفي على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة العمومية - دراسة حالة الوحدة الثانوية للحماية المدنية بنورة ولاية غرداية

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر التوتر الوظيفي على أداء العاملين ومن أجل الإلمام أكثر بالموضوع، قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لعرض الخلفية النظرية،و استخدام أسلوب الاستبيان في الجانب الميداني لجمع المعلومات لعينة تتكون من 35 ، حيث تتضمن، أسئلة وسيطيه لمتغيرات ومصادر التوتر الوظيفي وأسئلة حول أداء العاملين، كما حرصنا على تصميمه بشكل يتوافق مع تحقيق أغراض الدراسة النهائية . مستخدمين في ذلك البرنامج الإحصائي 20 ، حيث تم التأكد من دلالات صدقه وثباته وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج تتمثل في spss - وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التوتر الوظيفي واداء العاملين - وجود علاقة بين مصادر التوتر الوظيفي من جانب ( عبئ العمل، صراع الدور، غموض الدور، المناخ التنظيمي) This study aims to highlight the effect of job stress on employee performance, and in order to gain more familiarity with the subject, we used the descriptive approach to present the theoretical background, and the questionnaire method was used in the field side to collect information for a sample consisting of 35, as it includes, mediating questions of variables and sources of job stress and questions about The performance of the employees, as we were keen to design it in a manner consistent with the achievement of the final study objectives. Using the spss 20 statistical program, the indications of its validity and reliability were ascertained at a rate of 0.916, and in the end the study concluded with a number of results, which are: -There is a correlation between job stress and employee performance. -The existence of a statistically significant relationship between the sources of job stress on the one hand (workload, role conflict, role ambiguity, organizational climate( -There are no statistically significant differences in the workers' answers about the median variables (gender, age, educational qualification, and job(- لا توجد فروقات في إجابات العمال حول المتغيرات الوسيطية ( الجنس، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، الوظيفة)
