أثر التغيير التنظيمي على تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية بالمستشفيات الجزائرية (دراسة حالة عينة من المؤسسات الصحية العمومية لولاية ورقلة) The Impact Of Organizational Changes On Improving The Quality Of Health Services In Algerian Hospitals (case Study Of A Sample Of Public Health Institutions In The State Of Ouargla)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر التغيير التنظيمي على تحسين جودة الخدمات بالمؤسسات الصحية الجزائرية محل الدراسة بعد تطبيق الخارطة الصحية الجديدة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، تم تشخيص واقع التغيير التنظيمي وجودة الخدمات بالمؤسسات الصحية محل الدراسة، ثم قمنا بتصميم استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة من العاملين في المؤسسات الصحية العمومية على مستوى ولاية ورقلة، وبالإضافة إلى ذلك أجرينا مقابلات مع إطارات المؤسسات الصحية محل الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (∝≤0.05) بين أبعاد المتغير المستقل (التغيير التنظيمي) مجتمعة وأبعاد المتغير التابع (جودة الخدمات الصحية). The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of organizational change to improve the quality of services in the Algerian health institutions under study after the application of the new health map. To achieve this objective, a diagnosis of the reality of organizational change and quality of services and health institutions under study has been done, then we have designed and distributed a questionnaire to a sample of workers in public health institutions at Ouargla State, in addition, a series of interviews have been conducted with executives from health institutions under study. The study found no statistically significant impact at (∝≤0.05) between the dimensions of the independent variable (organizational change) unitedly , and the dimensions of the dependent variable (the quality of the health services).
