The Impact Of Time Management On The Performance Of Workers In Economic Companies, Case Study Of The Port Of Skikda.

Résumé: This study aims to determine the impact of the time management on the performance of workers at the port company at skikda, a descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was distributed to a random sample consisting of seventy (196) workers, of different administrative levels, To test the study hypotheses the spss statistical program was used, which includes a set of statistical methods to analyze the answers and opinions reached. We found through this study that the ratio of the effect of time manageme nt on the performance of workers in the port company at skikda average was estimated at 65.1%. This is what requires the company to make good use and application of time management to workers to become part of the administrative culture.
