مزارع زيت النخيل: مفتاح التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر.. دروس مستفادة من التجربة الإندونيسية"

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى دراسة نموذج بديل في مجال البذور الزيتية كونها مواد استراتيجية وتشهد طلب عالمي؛ وكذلك تحقيق التنويع في اقتصادات العديد من الدول خاصة التي تعتمد اقتصاداتها على الموارد الطبيعية وعلى استيراد مثل هذه السلع الاستراتيجية بشكل كبير. حيث تعتبر دراسة تجارب رائدة لبعض الدول في مجال مزارع نموذجية للبذور الزيتية أمرًا ضروريًا للتعرف على أفضل الممارسات والتقنيات التي مكنتها من تحقيق النجاح في هذا المجال والوصول الى مستويات من الإنتاجية والجودة العالية والريادة. ومنها التجربة الاندونيسية في مجال زيت النخيل. حيث كان من اهم نتائج هذه الورقة أن هذا التوجه المستدام يوفر العديد من المزايا من تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي والامن الغذائي، استحداث تقنيات حديثة، التأقلم مع التقلبات في أسعار السلع المرتفعة. إضافة الى إنشاء سلسلة قيمة متكاملة للبذور الزيتية. This research paper aims to study an alternative model in the field of oilseeds, given their strategic importance and global demand. It also seeks to achieve diversification in the economies of many countries, especially those that rely heavily on natural resources and the importation of such strategic commodities. Studying the pioneering experiences of some countries in the field of model oilseed farms is essential for identifying the best practices and techniques that have enabled them to achieve success in this field and reach high levels of productivity, quality, and leadership. The Indonesian experience in palm oil is one such example. A significant finding of this paper is that this sustainable approach offers many advantages, including economic diversification, food security, the development of modern technologies, adaptation to fluctuations in the prices of commodities, and the creation of an integrated value chain for oilseeds.
