Résumé: Abstract: Criminal protection for the consumer is one of the most important issues currently being discussed because it deals with a large category of consumers to protect them, traders and dealers in the markets to put controls on them and to sign sanctions against them if they violate the legal rules required for consumer protection. In turn, the Penal Code and Law 03/09 and the new mechanisms of consumer protection such as civil society and the administration of the reporting included in the criminal protection of the consumer. However, the criminal protection of the consumer did not achieve its intention of what we see as a barrier against the consumer requires Revisit the rules that govern it so that we are in front of a consumer-safe society.
