المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري بين آليات العنف الرمزي و مآلات العنف الجسدي

Résumé: ملخص: شهدت وضعية المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري تطورا كبيرا على جميع الأصعدة و مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والقانونية والثقافية نتيجة لعدة عوامل أهمّها ارتفاع نسبة التعليم المرأة، وظهور حركات نسوية حقوقية بالإضافة مختلف التغيرات العالمية في هذا المجال وانفتاح المجتمع الجزائري على هذه التغيرات. وبرغم كل هذا التطوّر الذي عرفته المرأة إلا أنّ هناك واقعا حياتيا لا يزال يراوح مكانه، حتى بعدما تحررت واقتحمت الفضاء الخارجي، إلا أن النظرة التقليدية لمكانة المرأة و دورها في المجتمع تكاد لم تتغير لدى البعض خاصة من طرف الرجل، فذلك التحرر المادي لم يحررها من بعض الأفكار و الذهنيات المرتبطة بوجودها داخل هذا المجتمع و الداعي بضرورة اخضاعها دائما والسيطرة عليها وحتى بضرورة ممارسة العنف عليها أحيانا. Abstract: The situation of women in Algerian society has undergone a significant development at all levels and in various economic, social, legal and cultural fields, as a result of a number of factors, notably the high percentage of women's education, the emergence of feminist human rights movements, as well as the various global changes in this field and the openness Algerian society on these changes. Despite all the development that women have known, there is still a reality of life, even after they have been liberated and entered outer space, but the traditional view of the position of women and their role in society has hardly changed for some, especially from the side of the man, so that physical emancipation has not freed them from some ideas and The mentality associated with its presence within this community and the need to always be subjected and controlled and even the necessity of violence on it at times.
