الجهود الدولية للحد من مخاطر الحطام الفضائي
Résumé: في الوقت الحاضر يمثل الحطام الفضائي مشكلة خطيرة قد تؤدي إلى إعاقة التطور التدريجي للأنشطة الفضائية في حين أن التخفيف من الحطام الفضائي هو حل لا مفر منه في ضوء تزايد عدد الحطام، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الجهود الدولية التي وضُعت للحد من مخاطر الحطام الفضائي، وتهتم الدراسة بتعريف ظاهرة الحطام الفضائي، وآثارها، بالإضافة إلى بيان موقف معاهدات الفضاء من ظاهرة الحطام الفضائي، والجهود الدولية للحد من مخاطرها، وخاصةً دور الأمم المتحدة في معالجة هذه الظاهرة، وأيضًا دور القانون الدولي، ومبادئه التي تتعلق بالحماية من مخاطر الحطام الفضائي. At present, space debris represents a serious problem that may impede the gradual development of space activities, while mitigating space debris is an inevitable solution in light of the increasing number of debris, and this study aims to shed light on the international efforts that have been put in place to reduce the risk of space debris. The study is concerned with defining the phenomenon of space debris and its effects, in addition to clarifying the position of space treaties on the phenomenon of space debris, and international efforts to reduce its risks, especially the role of the United Nations in addressing this phenomenon, and also the role and principles of international law relating to protection against the dangers of space debris.
