الرعاية الصحية الوقائية وآثارها الصحية على المسنين: دراسة ميدانية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الرعاية الصحية الوقائية وتأثيرها على صحة كبار السن. بحيث خلصت إلى أنه من أجل أن يتمتع المسنين بأعلى معايير الصحة البدنية والعقلية والاجتماعية يقتضي توفير فرص الحصول على معلومات وخدمات الرعاية الصحية الوقائية المراعية للأعمار، والتي من شأنها أن تكسب المسنين سلوكيات وقائية تسمح بالحفاظ على الاستقلالية والوقاية من الإصابة بالأمراض والعجز وتأخير الإصابة بهما، وهو الأمر الذي يساهم في استقرار حالتهم الصحية إلى حد ما، ويجنبهم المضاعفات الصحية. توصلنا إلى أنه بالرغم من المحاولات المبذولة للنهوض بالصحة والوقاية من الأمراض وتبيان أهمية الرعاية الصحية الوقائية في ذلك، إلا أن المبحوثين بشكل عام لا يميلون إلى ممارسة السلوكيات الوقائية إلا بعد تسجيل معاناتهم من مرض مزمن ومن بعض المشاكل الصحية The objective of this study is to highlight the importance of preventive health care and its impact on the health of the elderly. It is generally accepted that for them to benefit from good physical, mental and social health, it is necessary to provide them with access to information and preventive health care services that are adapted to them. On this register, the results of the study show that despite the efforts made to encourage the elderly to adhere to the standards of preventive health, the latter only engage in this way when they have health problems or when they have a chronic disease.
