الحق في الرعاية الصحية للأشخاص المسنين

Résumé: أعطى المشرع الجزائري أهمية بالغة لفئة المسنين من خلال سن قانون خاص بها ، تضمن النص على العديد من الحقوق التي يتمتع بها الأشخاص المسنين، منها الحق في الرعاية الصحية، كما تضمن النص على ضمانات تمتع المسن بهذا الحق، منها مجانية العلاج ومجانية النقل أو تخفيض ثمنه لتسهيل حصول المسن على العلاج الذي يتطلب تنقله، مع منح المسنين الحق في العلاج بالمنزل. وتتمثل الخدمات الصحية التي تقدم للمسن في العلاج من الامراض التي تصيب الجسم، التدابير الوقائية من الأمراض والأوبئة وغيرها والعلاج النفسي والعقلي. The health services provided to the elderly are in the treatment of diseases That afflict the body, preventive measures against diseases, epidemics, etc., and psychological and mental treatment.
