اثر تكاليف التحول و رضا الزبائن على ولائهم لخدمة الهاتف النقال في مدينة ورقــلة في الفترة بين 10 مارس و 15 افريل 2016

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى دراسة تأثير تكاليف التحول و رضا الزبائن على ولاء الزبائن في خدمة الهاتف النقال بالنسبة للمتعاملين الثلاثة موبيلس، جيزي و اوريدو، إضافة إلى قياس تأثير لأبعاد الفرعية لتكاليف التحول على ولاء الزبائن. تم توزيع300 الاستبيان على مستخدمي الهاتف النقال في مدينة ورقلة و تم توزيعها بصفة عشوائية وذلك بعد رفض مؤسسات الهاتف النقال تقديم عدد الزبائن في مدينة ورقلة ، وقد إستعدنا منها بشكل سليم و قابل للدراسة 159 استبيان بنسبة 53 %. وجاءت النتائج الى ان هناك تأثير مهم لرضا الزبائن على ولائهم و ان تكاليف التحول لها تأثير مباشر على ولاء الزبائن و خاصة تكاليف التحول الاجرائية (النفسية) وانها تلعب دور في المحافظة على ولاء الزبائن، و تبين من خلال العينة ان النسبة الاعلى في المدينة تتعامل مع مقدم الخدمة موبيليس. This study aims to clarify the effect of switching costs and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the mobile phone service provided by Mobilis, Djezzy and ooredoo. Also, we are going to measure the effect of switching costs on customer loyalty, then measure the effect of switching costs sub-dimensions on the customer loyalty.300 questionnaire was distributed randomly in the city of Ouargla , as the three operated refused to give us number of their respective customers in this city , we have restored 159 (53%) proper questionnaires usefull for our study after analysing them it is clear that there is a significant impact of customer satisfaction for their loyalty and the switching costs have a direct impact on customer loyalty, and it plays a role in maintaining customer loyalty, the procedural switching costs (psychological factors) have a role in maintaining customer loyalty.
