The Role Of Business Incubators In Supporting Startups Case Study Innoest Incubator

Résumé: Abstract: This study explores the concept of startups and startup incubators, emphasizing their objectives and roles in supporting emerging institutions through a structured incubation process. The process comprises multiple stages designed to ensure the successful entry of startups into the market. The study highlights the case of Innoest Company, the first startup incubator in eastern Algeria, which provides a model for effective incubation practices. The findings indicate that Innoest Company in Tebessa State offers comprehensive support to startups, from the initial idea phase to becoming fully operational and independent entities. Through a range of services, the incubator strengthens the institutional foundation, ensuring resilience and adaptability to market dynamics. This approach not only facilitates the successful market integration of startups but also enhances their capacity for growth and innovation in a rapidly changing business environment.
