دور تكوين العاملين في تحسين إنتاجية المؤسسة دراسة حالة مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز – ورقلة ريفي– (2011- 2016)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور عملية التكوين على الإنتاجية بالمؤسسة ، بعتبار التكوين احد اهم الاليات التي تتبعها المؤسسة لهذا الغرض ، وعلى هذا الاساس فقد قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من مستخدمي شركة توزيع للكهرباء والغاز للوسط - مديرية التوزيع ورقلة ريفي- ،كما إعتمدنا في هاته الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و منهج دراسة الحالة للإجابة على الاشكالية والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات. ومن خلال تحليلنا للنتائج توصلنا إلى ان عملية التكوين تعد وسيلة فعالة تستخدمها المؤسسة للرفع من مستوى اداء مستخدميها الرفع من قدراتهم وتحسين الإنتاجية لما لها من نتائج ملموسة بعد كل عملية تكوينية The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of the configuration process on the organization's productivity, Battabar configuration single most important mechanisms that ??
