Résumé: استحدث القانون الجديد 24-01 إجراءات جديدة تضفي حماية إضافية على حق المطلقة والأطفال المحضونين في النفقة، وتتمثل خاصة في تكليف وزارة العدل حصريا بملف صندوق النفقة. مع التأكيد على مسؤولية المطلق المدين بالنفقة، إضافة إلى تسهيل كثير من الإجراءات، من خلال إمكانية تقديم الملف الكترونيا أو ورقيا على مستوى المحاكم الابتدائية، وإنشاء قاعدة بيانات آلية لتسيير ملف النفقة. The new law 24-01 introduces new procedures that provide additional protection for the alimony rights of divorced women and children, specifically by assigning the Ministry of Justice exclusively with the alimony fund file. While emphasizing the responsibility of the ex-spouse, the debtor of alimony, in addition to facilitating many procedures, such as the ability to submit the file electronically or manually at the primary courts, and the creation of an automated database for managing the alimony file.
