دور الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال و مكافحتها في مواجهة الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال.

Résumé: في سبيل مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية أو كما يسميها المشرع الجزائري جرائم تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، استحدث المشرع هيئة وطنية كانت تتمتع بصفة السلطة الإدارية المستقلة ليتراجع عن ذلك لظروف سياسية ويجعل منها هيئة إدارية موضوعة تحت سلطة وزارة الدفاع ، ونتساءل عن الدور الذي خوله المشرع لها في سبيل مواجهة جرائم تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال. هذه الهيئة تضطلع بدورين ،دور وقائي بصدد الجرائم الإرهابية أو التخريبية والماسة بأمن الدولة ودور مكافح لباقي جرائم تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال ومساعد للهيئات القضائية بعد حدوث الجريمة. Abstract: For the sake of combating information crimes, or as the Algerian legislator calls it crimes of information and communication technologies, the legislator created a national organism that has the status of independent administrative authority to retreat from this due to political circumstances and make it an administrative organism placed under the authority of the Ministry of Defense, and we wonder about the role that the legislator assigned to it in order to confront crimes of Information and communication technologies. This organism plays two roles, a preventive role in connection with terrorist or sabotage crimes and harm to state security, and a role that combats other crimes of information and communication technologies and an assistant to the judicial organisms after the occurrence of the crime.
