ظاهرة الاستقطاب التجاري وآثرها على الاقتصاد الجزائري، دراسة تحليلية للفترة (2016-2022)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع التجارة الخارجية للجزائر في ظل ظاهرة الاستقطاب أو الاحتباس التجاري، هذه الظاهرة التي تطورت وتبلورت في ظل النظام الاقتصادي العالمي الجديد، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على فرضيات سيكون تحليلها اجابات للتساؤلات الفرعية، والتي تتمحور عموما حول مفهوم ظاهرة الاستقطاب التجاري والظروف التي ساهمت في تطورها، بالإضافة إلى تحليل الواقع العام للتجارة الخارجية للجزائر في ظل هذه الظاهرة، وهذا بالبحث في جغرافيا المبادلات التجارية للجزائر، ودراسة البنية السلعية للصادرات والواردات الجزائرية، لتحديد مواضع احتباس التجارة الخارجية للجزائر وانعكاساتها على الاقتصاد الجزائري، وصولا إلى ابراز جهود الدولة لمجابهة هذه الظاهرة من خلال اعتماد استراتيجية معينة لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي الخروج من التبعية لقطاع المحروقات.
