تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأثرها على إدارة المعرفة بالجامعات الجزائرية: دراسة حالة كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة محمد خيضر بولاية بسكرة-الجزائر-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على إدارة المعرفة بالجامعات الجزائرية، ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك قام الباحث باختيار عينة عشوائية عددها 150 عامل من مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في عدد هيئة التدريس والإداريين والفنيين في كلية الاقتصاد بجامعة محمد خيضر بولاية بسكرة "الجزائر". وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات تؤثر في: الثقافة التنظيمية، وفي الهيكل التنظيمي، وكذلك في القيادة التنظيمية حيث تساهم تكنولوجيا المعلومات في كلية الاقتصاد في: تسهيل تبادل المعلومات مع الباحثين داخل وخارج الكلية، وفي تخزين المعلومات للرجوع إليها وقت الحاجة، وفي توفير الوسائل التكنولوجية حديثة ومناسبة. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of information technology on knowledge management. That is why the two researchers have selected a random sample of 150 workers from the community of study which is represented by the number of faculty staff, administrators and technicians in the Faculty of Economics ,University Mohammed Khiedhar ,Biskra ,- Algeria ., the study found that information technology affect: organizational culture, and organizational structure, as well as organizational leadership where information technology in the Faculty of Economics contributes to: facilitating the exchange of information among researchers inside and outside the faculty, storing the information for reference when needed and providing modern and appropriate technological means.
