أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية الموارد البشرية: دراسة ميدانية بجامعة محمد خيضر-بسكرة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى اختبار أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية الموارد البشرية بجامعة محمد خيضر- بسكرة. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بشكل إجمالي في مستوى تنمية الموارد البشرية وذلك عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α)، حيث فسرت تكنولوجيا المعلومات (41.5%) من التغيرات الحاصلة في تنمية الموارد البشرية. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها، الاهتمام بتوفير تكنولوجيا المعلومات بمختلف أبعادها بالنوعية اللازمة حسب كل تخصص، تصميم برامج تكوينية باستمرار تقوم على التقييم المستمر وتلبية للاحتياجات التكوينية للموارد البشرية وضرورة إعطاء أهمية للتطورات الحاصلة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات وما له من تأثير في تنمية الموارد البشرية. This study aimes to test the impact of information technology on human resources development at the university of Mohamed Khider- Biskra. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the significant impact of information technology on human resources development at the university at the level of significance (0.05), where (%41.5) of the changes on human resources development are explained by the changes on the information technology. This study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the importance of providing information in all its dimensions with the necessary quality according to each specialization, the design of continuous formation programs based on continuous evaluation and response to the formation needs of human resources and awareness and the dissemination of the importance of development in information technology and its impact on (HRD).
