Résumé: The authority to take action on collective security in accordance with Article 42 of the UN Charter is one of the most serious authorities given to the Security Council under the Charter of the United Nations. In this same way, the UN Charter gives the Security Council authority to so severe they at least provided for in Article 42. These must be the adaptation and determination pursuant to Article 39 of the UN Charter. The Security Council should not take any action relating to collective security, unless it determines a given case as a threat or breach of the peace or act of aggression The purpose of this study, which aimed to investigate the legitimacy of the new international practice of the Security Council, which includes the license stipulates the use of force between the provisions of the Charter and the relevant legal standards, compared to Practice international.
