القيم الأخلاقية في علوم الحديث وأسس تفعيلها في الدرس الحديثي المعاصر Ethical Values In The Science Hadith And The Foundations Of Its Activating In The Cotemporary Hadith Lesson

Résumé: لقد تناول هذا البحث دراسة القيم الأخلاقية في علوم الحديث النبوي منذ نشأتها من خلال تتبع أشهر ما صنِّف فيها رواية ودراية ، للتأكيد على أصالة وجوهرية الأخلاق في هذا العلم كما ورد على لسان علمائه في مصنفاتهم المختلفة، ولإبراز النفحة الأخلاقية في بعض المباحث المنطوية ضمنه ، والتي خصّص بعضهم الحديث عنها في مؤلفات مستقلة فضلا عن الكتب الشاملة لكافة مباحثه، وكذلك للنظر في التأصيل الأخلاقي لبعض العلوم المصنفة ضمن أنواعه، والتنويه بعناية أصول الحديث النبوي المرتبة على الموضوعات بباب الأخلاق من خلال عناوين الكتب وتراجم الأبواب، وتبحث في الوقت ذاته آفاق تفعيل هذه القيم الأخلاقية في الدرس الحديثي المعاصر من خلال تقييم الحضور الأخلاقي فيه تدريسا وبحثا وتصنيفا، وطرح مقترحات عملية لتجاوز تغييب هذه القيم عن المنظومة التعليمية في مقررات تدريس علوم الحديث ، وقد أسفرت هذه الدراسة عن عمق العلاقة بين الأخلاق وعلوم الحديث النبوي في تأصيلاتها ومباحثها والكتب المصنفة فيها ، وأن استرداد هذه القيم في الدرس الحديثي المعاصر ضرورة ملحة في سبيل استعادة الدور الحضاري للعلوم الشرعية . This research study ethical values in the science of Hadith since its inception, by following most famous books in its both genres: narrating and knowledge, in order to confirm the authenticity of morals in this science, and to show the moral characteristic in some of its branches, also look at the ethical rooting of some of the sciences classified within its types, and to show the care of the origins of Hadith arranged on topics with the issue of morals through the titles of books and chapters. This study also examines the prospects for activating these moral values in the cotemporary Hadith lesson by evaluating the ethical presence in it, and propose solutions to overcome the absence of these values in university teaching programs. This study has resulted in the fact that the relationship between ethics and Hadith science is very deep, and that the recovery of moral values in the cotemporary Hadith lesson is an urgent necessity to restore the civilized role of the Islamic sciences.
