Résumé: ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة دور الاتصال التنظيمي في تحسين جودة التعليم العالي داخل الجامعات، مع التركيز على الأسس المفاهيمية لهذا الاتصال، بالإضافة الى آليات تطبيقه، والتحديات التي تواجه المؤسسات الأكاديمية في العالم العربي. وذلك من خلال استخدام المنهج وصفي، كما يقوم البحث بتحليل الممارسات الاتصالية الحالية وتأثيرها على الأداء المؤسسي، مع تقديم استراتيجيات قابلة للتطبيق لتحسينها. وتُظهر النتائج أن الاتصال غير الرسمي يهيمن على القنوات الرسمية في الجامعات العربية، ويرتبط ذلك بالأنظمة المركزية في اتخاذ القرارات والعوامل الاجتماعية والسياسية. كما تحدد الدراسة معوقات رئيسية تشمل نقص الكوادر المتخصصة في الاتصال، الاعتماد على أدوات اتصال قديمة، الكلمات المفتاحية : الاتصال التنظيمي، جودة التعليم العالي، استراتيجيات الاتصال، الجامعات العربية معوقات الاتصال. *** Abstract: This study examines the role of organizational communication in improving the quality of higher education within universities, focusing on the conceptual foundations of this communication, as well as its implementation mechanisms and the challenges faced by academic institutions in the Arab world. The research uses a descriptive approach and analyzes current communication practices and their impact on institutional performance, providing actionable strategies for improvement. The findings show that informal communication dominates over formal channels in Arab universities, which is linked to centralized decision-making systems and social and political factors. The study also identifies key obstacles, including a lack of specialized communication staff and reliance on outdated communication tools.
