تمكين المرأة الريفية اقتصاديا كطريق لتحقيق التنمية الريفية في الجزائر Economic Empowerment Of Rural Women As A Way To Achieve Rural Development In Algeria

Résumé: الملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة قضية التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة الريفية الجزائرية، خاصة في ظل التوجهات الجديدة الرامية إلى الاهتمام بها وأنها تمثل أحد الأسس الهامة في التنمية الريفية، وهي الجهود التي تسعى لتمكينها في المشاركة في النشاط الاقتصادي من أجل ترقية مكانتها والمساهمة في تطوير الاقتصاد الوطني، إلا أن هناك العديد من العراقيل التي حالت دون وصول المرأة الريفية إلى درجة عالية من التمكين، وهدفت إلى إبراز الدور الذي مكنها في احتلال مكانة في الشأن المقاولاتي، وتوصلت نتائجها إلى أن المرأة الريفية الجزائرية تعد من الفواعل الأساسية المهمة لتحقيق التنمية الريفية انطلاقا من قناعاتها الذاتية وطموحها المستمر. Astract: This study deals with the issue of the economic empowerment of Algerian rural women, especially in light of the new trends aimed at caring for them and that they represent one of the important foundations in rural development, namely national efforts to enable them to participate in economic activity in order to improve their status and contribute to the development of the national economy. Yet there are many obstacles that prevented rural women from reaching a high degree of empowerment. This research aimed at highlighting the role that enabled them to occupy a place in business affairs, among Its findings, Algerian rural women are an important key to rural development based on their own convictions and continued ambition.
