مشكلات الانتقال نحو الديمقراطية بالدول المغاربية لما بعد 2011 (تونس. الجزائر. المغرب)

Résumé: بعد مرور ما يقارب عقد على الثورات العربية، يلاحظ أنه لا تزال الدول المغاربية تواجه التحديات عينها، فمناقشة قضايا كالتهميش المستمر للشباب، وارتفع معدلات البطالة، وغياب مظاهر الحوكمة السياسية وتعاظم دور الدولة العميقة، كلها قضايا لاتزال مطروحة. ما أعاد للأذهان صورة الفشل اتجاه الدولة في تلبية مطالب الحركات الاحتجاجية التي انطلقت مع نهاية عام 2010، وفي مقدمتها التحول السياسي. لذا تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على مشكلات الانتقال نحو الديمقراطية في كل من تونس والجزائر والمغرب خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين عامي 2010 و2021. Nearly a decade after the Arab revolutions, it is noted that the Maghreb countries are still facing the same challenges. Discussing issues such as the continued marginalization of youth, high unemployment rates, the absence of political governance and the growing role of the deep state are all issues that are still on the table. What brought back to mind the image of the state’s failure to meet the demands of the protest movements that began at the end of 2010 foremost of which is the political transition. Therefore, this study comes to shed light on the problems of the transition towards democracy in Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco during the period between 2010 and 2021.
