Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع إعادة بناء الدولة في إفريقيا، في ظل التدخلات الخارجية، من خلال التطرق إلى نموذج ليبيا بعد التدخل التركي في الأشهر الماضية، وهذا بتناول سياقات الأزمة الليبية، والتطورات الحاصلة، من أجل الوصول إلى مآلات الدولة ومصيرها بعد التدخل التركي، وهل يفضي إلى مزيد من التدخلات الأجنبية في الأزمة.
