Résumé: غالبا ما تتعارض الحماية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان مع مبدأ السيادة، كما أن إعمال هذا المبدأ وتكريسه قد يمس ببعض الحقوق المحمية دوليا. وهكذا فإن الموازنة بينهما من بين الإشكاليات التي تثير الجدل بين فقهاء القانون الدولي لاسيما عند تطبيق قواعد القانون الدولي المتعلقة بحماية حقوق الإنسان، وما يمكن أن تؤدي به هذه الحماية إلى المساس بمبدأ السيادة. Astract- International human rights protection often conflicts with the principle of sovereignty, and the realization and enshrining of this principle may affect some internationally protected rights. Thus, the balance between them is one of the most controversial issues among the scholars of international law, especially when applying the rules of international law relating to the protection of human rights, and what can lead to such protection to prejudice the principle of sovereignty.
