Résumé: تهدف الدراسة لبيان دور مبادرات الشمول المالى ودورها في تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة فى مصر، كذلك فان الشمول المالي هو مفهوم متعدد الأبعاد للتنمية المالية، وهو عملية ضمان وصول جميع الأفراد إلى الخدمات المالية الأساسية الرسمية، حيث يقوم بدوراً اجتماعياً وثقافيا لمحدودى ومتوسطى الدخل فى المجتمع ، وكذلك والمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، من خلال ضمان وصول الخدمات المالية لهم، من الناحية الادخارية أو منح القروض منناهية الصغر، لإقامة المشروعات التى تساعد الأسرة منخفضة الدخل على تحسين مستوى دخلهاواستخدامها بتكلفة معقولة، وتشمل الخدمات المالية الرسمية الأساسية (الائتمان، الادخار، التأمين، المدفوعات، والتحويلات)، كما يعد قطاع البنوك والمصارف من القطاعات الهامة التي تؤدي دورا مهما في النشاط الاقتصادي من خلال تمويل المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة. The study aims to clarify the role of financial inclusion initiatives and their role in financing small and medium enterprises In Egypt, financial inclusion is also a multi-dimensional concept of financial development, which is the process of ensuring that all individuals have access to basic formal financial services, as it plays a social and cultural role for the limited and middle-income groups in society, as well as small and medium enterprises, by ensuring that financial services reach them, In terms of savings or granting micro-loans, to establish projects that help low-income families improve their income level and use them at a reasonable cost, and include basic formal financial services (credit, savings, insurance, payments, and transfers).
