Résumé: The study aimed at accurately identifying human resources management and achieving competitive advantage, as well as studying the relationship between study variables, The analytical descriptive curriculum was used to study the topic, and the case study was also relied upon by scientific observation, The official documents, personal interview, and questionnaire distributed to the category of administrators estimated that (40) questionnaires were processed statistically through the spss version 25. The study concluded that there was an average level of human resources management concept among employees due to the organization's interest in and practice of these factors. The correlation between human resources management as an independent variable and the competitive advantage as a variable followed by a strong pecuniary correlation, This is reflected in human resources management's relationship to competitive advantage.
