البنية الإبستيمولوجية للأمن بعد الحرب الباردة: بين قصور المنظورات التفسيرية التقليدية والحاجة لتطوير أجندة بحثية جديدة

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة، إلى البحث في البنية الإبستيمولوجية لمفهوم الأمن في العلاقات الدولية، من خلال تقديم قراءة تحليلية نقدية للأمن في ضوء المنظورات المعرفية، التي حاولت مقاربة وتفسير الظاهرة الأمنية. وقد توصلت الدراسة، إلى أن المقاربات التقليدية، وبالخصوص النظرية الواقعية، باتت قاصرة بل غير مواتية لفهم وتفسير الكثير من القضايا الأمنية لعالم ما بعد الحرب الباردة، لاسيما ما يتعلق بقضايا الهوية الصراعات العرقية، الأمن البيئي..، ولعل هذا ما فتح المجال لصياغة أجندة بحثية مغايرة، من خلال تطوير نظريات جديدة ذات مقدرة أكبر على استيعاب وتقديم فهم وتفسير أعمق للظواهر الأمنية لمرحلة ما بعد الحرب الباردة. كلمات مفتاحية: الأمن، النظرية، الإبستيمولوجيا، العلاقات الدولية. Abstract: This paper aims to study the epistemological structure of the concept of security in international relations, by presenting an analytical and critical reading of security in light of the cognitive perspectives that attempted to explain the security phenomenon. The study concluded that traditional approaches, especially realistic theory, have become inadequate and unsuitable for understanding and interpreting many security issues in the post-Cold War world, especially with regard to issues of identity, ethnic conflicts, and environmental security.. Perhaps this opened the way for the formulation of a different research agenda.
