الجامعة الجزائرية بين متطلبات النّشر العلمي وطموحات التصنيف العالمي للجامعات The Algerian University Between The Requirements Of Scientific Publication And The Aspirations To International Ranking Of Universities

Résumé: we seek through this work to study the extent of the impact of scientific publication on the international rankings of universities and to shed light on the Algerian University’s position in the world and both Arab and local rankings. To do this, we have referred in our assessment to the most renowned international classifications of universities in their 2021 editions. The present study is based on the descriptive and analytical approach and has come up with a set of results, the most important of which is that all world university rankings take into account the index of scientific publishing, which encourage electronic publication and calls on academic institutions to have a presence and be visible on the web. نسعى من خلال هذا العمل إلى دراسة مدى تأثير النّشر العلمي على التصنيف العالمي للجامعات وتحديد موقع الجامعة الجزائرية ضمن التصنيفات عالميا، عربيا ومحليا معتمدين في ذلك على أهم التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات في طبعاتها لسنة2021. استعانت الدراسة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد توصلت إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها أنّ جميع التصنيفات العالمية لترتيب الجامعات تأخذ بعين الإعتبار مؤشر النّشر العلمي وهو ما تُبرره نسبة الأوزان التي مُنِحت لهذا المعيار في التصنيفات الثلاثة ممّا يُشجع على النّشر الإلكتروني ويُحفز المؤسسات الأكاديمية بأن تستثمر في مؤشرات النشاط المرتبطة به.
