Résumé: Job rotation is one of the methods and techniques of career development and organizational change and is one of the modern management methods practiced to allow the largest number of workers to practice more than one organized work, whether in technical or administrative work or in the field of supervision, management or leadership. Job rotation is a smart way to invest and benefit from human resources at all levels. This method is often used in modern ministries, institutions and companies seeking to invest expertise, creativity and nnovation in their business. The study aims to know the impact of the application of job rotation on the performance of human resources at the level of the Directorate of Commerce of Mila Governorate.We relied on the questionnaire and the EXEL program in the applied aspect to study the relationship between two variables, namely job rotation and job performance
