إشكالية التنمية في المناطق الصحراوية بالجزائر.

Résumé: Concerning the succeed of various kind of developement and with its differ forms is a population hope which governement work on to make it a truth by making different sectors that can participate to growthen production, be found everywhere and improving our own suticified. Counting several economic sector ,participing to improve that we find the agricultural sector which is intersting weight specialy agricultural area that Algeria has,otherwise the biggest sahara which 2/3 of the total surface of our country this historical heritage has participated in a such way or another later, the movement of development at the beggining of ""othmany's"" period, and the french colonialist coming to the methodic choice development after the independence. More over by counting many economic sectors which have participated to improve development is the interest industrial sector which has pushed the differnt steps of economical development and political methods. The interest of agricultural sector hasn't succeed to the top of the speech given and statements given, but only there are not difficulties under the explose of agricultural sector with exellence like souf region which covered all the Algerian necessities, specially potatoes production which participate with 30% from the global national production. We have emphasised on this project with the members giving a new about the definition of region and the regional planification ,After that a presentation on the study of souf region and its main mutations which have been seen at the beginning of old agriculture system shut state up to open one and also we have shown the strong and the weak ability and the participation of the sector to improve development specially our government is calling and giving instruction towards searching the economic diversification.
