الاختبارات النفسية المطبقة في الدراسات الأكاديمية الجزائرية وضرورة التكييف من أجل الصلاحية

Résumé: أكدت الدراسات أن الاختبارات النفسية المصممة للثقافات الغربية لا تحافظ على درجات مقبولة من الصلاحية عندما تترجم “مباشرة” إلى لغات وثقافات أخرى ومنها العربية. وعليه يتناول هذا المقال الجوانب التي يمكن التركيز عليها في تطبيق الاختبارات النفسية وفي محاولة تكييفها ويحدد العوامل الموضوعية التي تجعل الاختبار المبني في بيئة معينة غير صالح للتطبيق المباشر في بيئات أخرى تختلف من حيث الخصوصية الثقافية والاجتماعية في ظل المقاربات التي قدمتها دراسات علم النفس عبر الثقافي ونتائج الدراسة الحالية، مما يتطلب دعوة الباحثين في الجامعة الجزائرية إلى الاستثمار في تكييف الاختبارات والمقاييس النفسية أو إعادة التحقق من صلاحيتها بطرق سليمة بهدف جعلها تتلاءم مع الثقافة المحلية بمختلف مؤشراتها. Studies have confirmed that psychological tests designed for the occidental cultures do not maintain acceptable levels of reliability and validity when translated ‘directly’ to other languages including the Arabic language. Accordingly, this article deals with the possible aspects that can be focus-on in the adaptation and application of tests. It also deals with objective factors that make a test established in a particular society not applied in other different societies due to social and cultural specificities. In light of results of psychological studies and the current study, Algerian researchers are required to invest in adapting psychological tests and measurement tools or reconsider their validity in a decent and scientific manner so that they can accommodate to local culture.
