الصدق الثقافي للاختبارات النفسية المطبقة في الجزائر ومشكلة التكييف من أجل الصلاحية

Résumé: أكدت الدراسات أن الاختبارات النفسية المصممة للثقافات الغربية لا تحافظ على درجات مقبولة من الصلاحية عندما تترجم "مباشرة" إلى لغات وثقافات أخرى ومنها العربية. وعليه يتناول هذا المقال الجوانب التي يمكن التركيز عليها في تطبيق الاختبارات النفسية وفي محاولة تكييفها ويحدد العوامل الموضوعية التي تجعل الاختبار المبني في بيئة معينة غير صالح للتطبيق المباشر في بيئات أخرى تختلف من حيث الخصوصية الثقافية والاجتماعية في ظل المقاربات التي قدمتها دراسات علم النفس عبر الثقافي ونتائج الدراسة الحالية، مما يتطلب دعوة الباحثين في الجامعة الجزائرية إلى الاستثمار في تكييف الاختبارات والمقاييس النفسية أو إعادة التحقق من صلاحيتها بطرق سليمة بهدف جعلها تتلاءم مع الثقافة المحلية بمختلف مؤشراتها. Studies have confirmed that psychological tests designed for the occidental cultures does not maintain acceptable levels of reliability and validity when translated «directly» to others languages and cultures, including Arabic. Accordingly, this article deals with the aspects on which it is possible to focus on the application of tests and their adaptation. As it also deals with objective factors that make a test established for a particular society is unable to be applied in other different societies in terms of social and cultural specificity, which requires the appeal for investment to adapt psychological measurement tools with decent and scientific manner so that they accommodate themselves to the local culture.
