أثر تبني مداخل التقييم المالي في البنوك الجزائرية على ربحية البنوك التجارية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر تبني البنوك الجزائرية لمداخل التقييم المالي متمثلة في كفاية رأس المال على ربحية البنوك التجارية، وتم الاعتماد على مؤشر الملاءة الكلية لحساب كفاية رأس المال في البنوك الجزائرية، في حين تم تمثيل الربحية من خلال ثلاث مؤشرات مهمة وهي العائد على الأموال الخاصة والعائد على الأصول بالإضافة إلى الرافعة المالية، وأما التطبيق فكان على عينة من 08 بنوك تجارية جزائرية منها 03 بنوك عمومية 05 بنوك خاصة للفترة الممتدة من 2012 إلى غاية 2020، وذلك باستعمال أسلوب التحليل الاحصائي Panel Data. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كفاية رأس المال ومعدل العائد على الأصول في حين وجود علاقة عكسية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كفاية رأس المال وكل من العائد على الأموال الخاصة والرافعة المالية، لهذا وجب الالتزام بتحديد الحد الأدنى لكفاية رأس المال مع عدم المغالاة في ذلك حتى لا يؤثر سلبا على الربحية. This study aimed to determine the impact of the Algerian banks’ adoption of the financial assessment approaches represented in capital adequacy on the profitability of commercial banks, and the total solvency index was relied on to calculate the capital adequacy in Algerian banks, while profitability was represented by three important indicators, namely, The application was on a sample of 08 Algerian commercial banks, including 03 public banks and 05 private banks for the period extending from 2012 to 2020, using the Panel Data method of statistical analysis. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between capital adequacy and the rate of return on assets, while there is a statistically significant inverse relationship between capital adequacy and both the return on private funds and financial leverage. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to setting the minimum level to capital adequacy without exaggeration in order not to negatively affect profitability.
