Résumé: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر التدريب على الولاء التنظيمي للعمال، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى التدريب و أهميته ومراحله والولاء التنظيمي وأنواعه والعوامل المؤثرة عليه ثم بيان العلاقة بينهما في مجمع صيدال فرع فرمال بعنابة من خلال استعمال الأساليب الإحصائية ولقد خلصت الدراسة بنتيجة هامة وهي وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة بين التدريب والولاء التنظيمي بالمؤسسة محل لدراسة.
