برامج التدريب ودورها في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة دراسة حالة مؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز سونلغاز بعين تموشنت

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور البرامج التدريبية في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة بالمنظمات وثم اختيار مؤسسة سونلغاز لتوزيع الكهرباء والغاز- ولاية عين تموشنت. حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ودراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، تم الاعتماد على العينة العشوائية التي تكونت من 60 موظف يمثلون مختلف المستويات. وتم تصميم استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات التي تخدم موضوع الدراسة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: إن نظام الجودة الشاملة في التدريب يسعى إلى إنجاز الأعمال التدريبية بكفاءة؛ إن البرامج التدريبية الفعالة تسعى لتحقيق الجودة الشاملة؛ إن إستراتيجية التدريب المتكاملة تساهم في تحقيق الجودة الشاملة؛ إن الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسة يعتبر متغير مفسر لبرامج التدريب؛ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين البرامج التدريبية وتحقيق الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aimed to identify the role of training program in achieving total quality in organizations, and then choose the SONELGAZ Corporation for Electricity and Gas Distribution-Ain Temouchent. Where then use the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect and a case study in the field aspect, ant then relied on a random sample that consisted of 60 employees representing different levels. Standards of validity and reliability. In the statistical analysis, the two researchers relies on the statstical program “SPSS”. The study reached the following results: The total quality system in training seeks to complete the training work efficiently. Effective training programs seek to achieve total quality. The integrated training strategy contributes to achieving total quality. Total quality in the organization is considered an explantory variable for taining programs. There is a statistically significant relationship between the training programs and the achievement of total quality in the institution under study.
