Résumé: The aim of this study is to identify the nature of the relationship between the organizational culture and the administrative creativity of Kasdi Merbah University employees. A descriptive correlational approach has been adopted, for it fits the subject of the study. The study was conducted on a sample of 116 of the University employees. The respondents were selected based on the stratified sampling strategy. A data collection tool was used to measure the organizational culture, and another data collection tool was used to measure administrative creativity. After collecting the data, the statistical package program SPSS was used to analyze the data. The study reached the following results: 1. The level of the organisational culture of the employees of Kasdi merbah University of Ouargla is high. 2. The level of the administrative creativity of the employees of Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla is high. 3. There is a statiscally significant relationship between the organizational culture and the administrative creativity amongst the employees of Kasdi Merbah University of Ouargla. 4. There are differences in the level of organizational culture for the seniority variable, while there are no differences in the gender variable and the interaction of gender and seniority. 5. There are no differences in the level of administrative creativity according to gender and seniority and the interaction between them
